WELCOME to California Chalet & Touring Park in Berkshire, where every effort is made to ensure an enjoyable stay in our beautiful woodland setting.

The site of the Park was originally part of Windsor Forest and was a favourite hunting ground of the Tudors.

In time it became a popular leisure centre known throughout the South of the UK as 'California in England', eventually being designated by the Countryside Commission as a Country Park.

In 1985 the 5-acre Chalet & Touring Park was privately purchased and is now a picturesque, quiet retreat for family holiday relaxation.

Open from 1 February - 31 December, we are ideally situated for visiting such places as London, Oxford, the New Forest and the South Coast.
